• Companies outsourcing for the first time.
    • While experts in plan design and current administrative practices, first time outsourcers usually don't have the project-skilled resources available and able to dedicate 100% of their time to a project given their current work load. They also lack the experience needed to manage a vendor while partnering at the same time.
  • Companies in second or third generation outsourcing initiative.
    • Generally speaking companies moving from one vendor to another have lost expertise of the current administrative systems and processes. There is often difficulty transitioning from the departing vendor to the target vendor. We will act as a mediator between the two, while managing target vendor to a successful implementation.
  • Companies going through an extensive plan redesign (Including HSA and pension plan freezes)
  • Companies merging an acquired company into their benefit plans or divesting a population to another employer
  • Companies making system migrations or upgrades
